Job summary

Suncorp Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Australia to manage recruitment across a portfolio of roles and support future talent needs through proactive sourcing and pipeline development.

You will work with senior Talent Acquisition Partners to receive coaching and guidance, while delivering end-to-end recruitment and transforming candidate experiences. The role emphasizes collaboration, inclusion and using AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience within internal Talent Acquisition, RPO and/or agency recruitment.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment capability.
• High volume recruitment experience will be highly regarded.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from briefing through to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and diverse talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future opportunities.

• Strong sourcing, talent pooling and talent mapping skills
• Knowledge of sourcing technology, social platforms and attraction strategies
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Confidence using recruitment technology and AI-enabled tools
