Job summary

Suncorp is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruitment across a designated portfolio and proactively source talent for future needs.

You’ll work with hiring leaders and Senior Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver quality outcomes, build strong relationships and create positive hiring experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal Talent Acquisition, RPO or agency recruitment.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment capability across roles.
• High-volume recruitment experience is highly regarded.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and advising on recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, talent pooling and mapping skills.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for recruiters who enjoy building relationships, finding great talent and delivering strong outcomes.

Typically, you'll bring:

• Experience within internal Talent Acquisition, RPO and/or agency recruitment
• Strong end-to-end recruitment capability
• High volume recruitment experience will be highly regarded
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and providing recruitment advice
• Strong sourcing, talent pooling and talent mapping skills
• Knowledge of sourcing technology, social platforms and attraction strategies
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn
• Confidence using recruitment technology and AI-enabled tools
• A genuine passion for candidate experience
