Job summary

L.E.K. Consulting is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to own recruitment across our Australian business, based in Sydney or Melbourne.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective strategies to attract exceptional talent. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for consulting and core services, lead campus recruitment with universities and MBAs, build talent pipelines and drive engaging, inclusive

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of recruitment experience in professional services, consulting or agency.
• End-to-end recruitment across a range of roles and seniority levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to balance priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across consulting and core services, from requirements to interviews and offers.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and manage structured annual recruitment campaigns.
• Lead campus recruitment activities with universities and business schools.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Develop and implement creative attraction strategies to engage diverse, high-calibre candidates.
• Contribute to broader Talent initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
