Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Melbourne CBD team and drive end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio. You will partner with hiring managers to identify needs, attract top talent and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

The role offers hands-on involvement in Talent Acquisition strategy, including employer branding, student programs and various people-focused initiatives across our business. An immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment, internal talent acquisition or HR coordination.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver high-quality candidate experiences.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet hiring timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and talent mapping.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and recruitment activity for a seamless experience.
• Manage reference checks, background screening and pre-employment requirements.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment data, reporting and candidate records in the ATS.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives and student programs.
