Job summary

MinterEllison is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People & Culture team, based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of practice groups and business services, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and a genuine partner to candidates throughout their journey to MinterEllison.

This hands-on role enjoys reading the market, challenging briefs when needed, and delivering a hiring experience that reflects our firm’s brand.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a full-cycle talent acquisition role.
• Direct sourcing, market mapping and building talent pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management with advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of legal and business services roles.
• Partner with Partners, People Leaders and hiring managers to translate workforce needs into strategies.
• Provide market insight, salary benchmarking, market mapping and talent advice.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and recurring roles.
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects the firm’s brand and values.
• Maintain recruitment data and reporting to track performance against metrics.
