We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to take ownership of recruitment across our Australian business. Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure we attract exceptional talent to support our continued success.
Reporting to the Head of Talent, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across both our consulting and core services teams. This includes campus recruitment (undergraduates and MBAs), experienced consultant hires, senior appointments and building our contractor talent pool. You'll also lead our engagement with target universities and business schools, including coordinating recruitment events and activities.
With recruitment managed predominantly in-house, this is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of the recruitment process, build strong relationships across the business and influence how we attract and engage talent.
You'll be part of a close-knit, collaborative Talent team, contributing to broader people initiatives and gaining exposure to HR business partnering activities. The role offers a rewarding mix of strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery.
Previous exposure to broader HR business partnering activities, such as performance management, employee lifecycle activities, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, or learning and development, would be advantageous but is not essential.
At L.E.K., you'll be surrounded by talented, high-performing colleagues in a supportive and collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.
We offer a range of benefits, including health benefits, flexible working arrangements, opportunities to collaborate on global projects and profit sharing. Our offices have a collegiate culture, with regular social events, internal activities and fitness initiatives for those who wish to get involved.
