Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, human resources, administration or a related coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear and confident communication with candidates, employees and hiring managers.
• Excellent attention to detail when preparing documents and maintaining employee information.
• A proactive, practical approach and the discretion to handle confidential information.
• Experience with Employment Hero or similar recruitment/HR system is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging job advertisements and promote opportunities across recruitment platforms.
• Review applications, conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, pre-employment checks and communications.
• Build talent pipelines that support current vacancies and future growth.
• Provide hiring updates and use recruitment data to improve advertising and sourcing outcomes.
• Coordinate contracts, onboarding information, internal communications and pre-onboarding setup.
• Support new employees through onboarding, 30-, 60- and 90-day check-ins and probation.
• Coordinate employee changes, offboarding, training records and lifecycle processes.
• Deliver employee benefits, recognition activities, events and People Team projects.
• Maintain accurate employee information, templates and workflows in Employment Hero.
