Job summary

Purple Patch Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their internal team, supporting disability, aged care and community services across NSW. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for casual, temp and permanent roles, write briefs, source via LinkedIn, Seek and talent pools, and ensure compliance with NDIS and internal standards.

You will work in a small, supportive team with values-driven leaders, enjoy hybrid work after onboarding with an NW Sydney office, and have the chance

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment skills, particularly high volume and fast turnaround roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence using ATS systems, job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail with a compliance focused mindset.
• A genuine interest in the disability and aged care sectors and making a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Providing a positive candidate experience and timely communication at every stage.

Recruitment Consultant - Disability, Aged Care and Community Services

We are partnering with a growing charitable not for profit workforce provider that supplies staff to disability, aged care and community organisations across NSW. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their internal team and help build high quality talent pipelines for their frontline services.

The role

Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will be responsible for end to end recruitment across a mix of roles including support workers, nurses, coordinators and back office specialists.
