Job summary

L.E.K. Consulting is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to own recruitment across our Australian business.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies and attract exceptional talent to support our continued success. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across both our consulting and core services teams.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of recruitment experience in professional services, consulting or agency.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across consulting and core services.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for senior and critical roles.
• Lead campus recruitment activities and events.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on workforce requirements.
• Develop creative attraction strategies to reach diverse talent.
• Contribute to broader Talent initiatives and process improvements.
