Knight Frank Australia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage end-to-end recruitment for a Melbourne portfolio, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent. You will support our national student program and contribute to talent initiatives, delivering an exceptional candidate experience across the business.

• Experience in agency recruitment, internal talent acquisition or HR coordination.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, with the ability to learn newsystems quickly.
• Experience using recruitment, HR or CRM systems (ATS experience highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across a portfolio of roles, from job briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies and provide recruitment advice throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and talent mapping to identify high-quality candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and recruitment activity, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage reference checks, background screening, employment contracts and other pre-employment requirements.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements across a range of recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and candidate records within our ATS.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, including our national student program, talent attraction activities and broader recruitment projects.

• You'll manage your own portfolioof roles, work across the full recruitment process, and build strongrelationships with hiring managers across the business.

Who we’re looking for?
