Job summary

The University of Western Australia’s People & Culture invites applications for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor. You will deliver end-to-end recruitment for complex and senior roles, partnering with leaders to ensure compliant, high-impact hires across a diverse P&G portfolio.

Based in Australia, this full-time role offers a base salary of AU$108,413 to AU$120,287 plus 17% employer superannuation, with generous benefits and opportunities to lead recruitment improvements.

• Partner with leaders across UWA to recruit top talent and shape high-impact hiring outcomes across a diverse Professional & General (P&G) portfolio.


• Own end-to-end recruitment for complex and senior roles, delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences while driving workforce success.


• Full-time appointment on an ongoing basis.


• Base salary range: $108,413 - $120,287 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

• Partner closely with leaders and senior stakeholders to provide expert advice, ensure compliance, and support workforce capability.


• Contribute to and lead continuous improvement initiatives and broader talent acquisition projects that enhance recruitment processes, candidate experience and service delivery.

About you

• Substantial experience delivering high-quality end-to-end talent acquisition services, with demonstrable experience recruiting roles within a complex or large organisation.


• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to senior stakeholders.


• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition principles, selection methodologies, equity and diversity practices, and policy-driven environments.


• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear, practical advice and guidance.


• Well-organised, detail-focused and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
