Job summary

The University of Western Australia (UWA) is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to deliver end-to-end recruitment services for professional and general roles, with a focus on senior and complex appointments across the University.

You will partner with leaders and senior stakeholders to ensure best practices, maintain compliance, and drive improvements in candidate experience and service delivery within a large academic environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience delivering high-quality end-to-end talent acquisition services in large organisations.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition principles, selection methodologies, equity and diversity practices, and policy-driven environments.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear, practical advice and guidance.
• Well-organised, detail-focused and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

About you

• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition principles, selection methodologies, equity and diversity practices, and policy-driven environments.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear, practical advice and guidance.
• Well-organised, detail-focused and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
