Job summary

Optimum Consulting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on Finance and Marketing roles while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers, implement innovative sourcing strategies, and drive workforce planning and recruitment best practice across a fast-growing business. This is a hands-on role with a focus on stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive recruitment experience across Finance and Marketing.
• Strong capability in candidate sourcing, headhunting and talent pooling across multiple platforms.
• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Resource planning and workforce forecasting experience.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Experience using recruitment systems and maintaining accurate recruitment reporting.
• Valid National Police Check and unrestricted Australian working rights.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment from job advertising through to offer and onboarding.
• Sourcing, headhunting and talent pooling candidates across a variety of corporate disciplines.
• Partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning, vacancy requirements and recruitment strategy.
• Conducting phone screenings, coordinating interviews, reference checking and pre-employment checks.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting through JobAdder and HR systems.
• Supporting employer branding activities, careers social media channels and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Providing recruitment market insights and implementing innovative sourcing strategies.
• Coaching managers on effective interviewing techniques and recruitment best practice.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the leading provider of student accommodation and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you'll focus on sourcing, headhunting and attracting high-calibre talent for Finance, Marketing and some corporate roles while driving a positive candidate experience and continuous improvement across the recruitment function.
