Job summary

UniLodge Living Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the People Department at the Brisbane CBD Head Office. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, direct headhunting and talent pooling to build pipelines for current and future business needs.

The successful candidate will drive proactive recruitment, manage relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, and maintain a robust talent pipeline across a range of professional roles.

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across professional and corporate roles.
• Strong candidate sourcing, headhunting and talent pooling experience with passive candidates.
• Proactive, results-driven with ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence hiring managers.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People Department at our Brisbane CBD Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talent acquisition specialist who excels in candidate sourcing, direct headhunting and talent pooling, and enjoys building strong pipelines of high‑calibre talent for current and future business needs.

About You

This is a highly proactive recruitment role, with a strong focus on sourcing passive candidates, building talent communities and reducing reliance on traditional job advertising.

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across a variety of professional and corporate roles.
• Strong candidate sourcing, headhunting and talent pooling experience, with a track record of engaging high‑calibre passive candidates.
• A proactive, results‑driven approach and the ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to partner with and influence hiring managers.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and organisational skills.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
• Current unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check.
