NEX Building Group Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Systems Training Manager to lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of training for our enterprise systems including ERP, HRIS and CRM. You will collaborate with SMEs and vendors to deliver content that enables effective system use across the business.
You will drive a blended learning program, support onboarding, and report on training outcomes to improve performance.

The Systems Training Manager works closely with system SMEs, reports to the Group OD Manager and is part of the NEX L&D team. The key focus of this role designing, implementing, and managing training programs that ensure employees can effectively use our enterprise systems including ERP, HRIS, CRM, FMS, BIM and other business applications.
