Job summary

Glitch Productions in Sydney seeks a Business Systems Manager to run the daily operations of the Business Systems department, coordinating projects, leading change management, documenting processes, and ensuring workflows and standards are followed across the company.

You will work closely with the Head of Business Systems to prioritize initiatives, roll out new systems, and turn designs into usable solutions for multiple teams, maintaining governance and process clarity.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in project management, operations management, or a similar coordination-focused role.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities at once.
• Experience rolling out new processes, systems, or workflows across a department or organization.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery schedules and day-to-day priorities across the Business Systems department.
• Coordinate and track Business Systems initiatives and milestones to ensure work stays on track and key deliverables are met.
• Own and coordinate change management for new systems, processes, and workflows.
• Prepare training and reference materials and ensure team adoption.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for company standards, operating practices, and new workflows.
• Run the department’s operating cadence: prepare agendas, capture decisions and actions, and follow up on check-ins.
• Triage incoming requests and tickets for the Business Systems department and track them through to resolution.
• Audit how teams are using company systems and coordinate fixes, retraining, or process updates.
• Help enforce governance policies and elevate higher-risk issues.
