Job summary

Light & Wonder in Sydney seeks a Studio Lead / Office Manager to run the day-to-day of our Lightning Box studio. You’ll be the operations backbone, ensuring a smooth workflow for designers, artists, and engineers while maintaining a vibrant studio culture.

This hands-on, visible role reports to the VP of Game Studios NorAm and offers a modern waterfront workspace, collaborative teams, and opportunities to shape the working environment and processes across global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in office management, studio operations, or a similar operational role.
• Experience in games, tech, or a creative studio is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, meetings and cross-team communication.
• Oversee studio operations, facilities, and vendor relationships.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, equipment, and office supplies.
• Plan studio events, offsites and visitor programs.
• Support health & safety, policy and budget tracking.
