Job summary

Light & Wonder in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Studio Lead / Office Manager to run the Lightning Box studio day-to-day. You’ll support designers, artists, and engineers by ensuring smooth operations, facilities, and procurement, while maintaining a vibrant studio culture.

You’ll report to the VP of Game Studios NorAm and collaborate with HR, IT, and regional teams to align on health, safety, and workplace policies. A strong pro-active mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in office management or studio operations.
• Experience in games/creative studios is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with vendors, leadership and developers.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day studio operations and facilities management.
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and cross-team communication.
• Own vendor relations, budgets, and procurement for the studio.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, workspace setup, and supplies.
• Plan events, offsites, and studio visits; maintain calendar and travel arrangements.
• Partner with HR, IT, and leadership on health, safety, and policy.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture and resolve workplace issues.
