Job summary

Glitch Productions, an independent animation studio in Australia, is hiring a People Operations Manager to scale HR systems, data, and automation. You will own Deel as the global HRIS, configure it, migrate data, and integrate with payroll, Ashby and Airtable.

You’ll report to the Global Head of People and Culture and underpin the employee lifecycle across multiple countries. You will build automated workflows, improve data integrity, and deliver regular reporting while partnering with Finance,

Qualifications

• Experience leading Deel HRIS implementation end to end in a growing org
• Experience running HR operations across multiple countries (AU, US, Canada preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Airtable including automations and dashboards for HR use cases
• High attention to detail with sensitive, accurate data
• Data-driven approach to inform decisions and measure impact
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Clear written communication and good judgement on when to elevate

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, promotions, off-boarding)
• Act as first point of contact for system, policy, and process queries
• Continuously improve employee experience by removing friction points
• Lead Deel implementation including LMS and headcount planning modules
• Maintain workforce data integrity and produce reporting/analytics for the business
• Partner with Finance and IT for system integrations (EOR, benefits, ATS)
• Oversee HR operations across countries and support transitions to local entities
• Document processes to reduce single points of failure
