Job summary
Bega Group is seeking a Systems Analyst to drive continuous improvement by aligning technical capabilities with business requirements through configuration, analysis, and user empowerment. Qualifications
- Experience with Labware LIMS and SAP Quality Management is highly regarded.
- Strong capabilities in requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and UAT coordination.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate concepts clearly.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, map business processes, and translate needs into system improvements.
- Configure and optimize quality management systems to support regulatory and operational goals.
- Maintain data governance, quality, and security across systems.
- Coordinate UAT, document defects, and support successful releases.
- Develop user documentation and training to drive system adoption.
