Job summary

FMS Group is seeking a Systems Analyst / Applications Consultant to partner with stakeholders, vendors, and end users to deliver system improvements that enhance organisational capability and streamline processes. You will drive technology outcomes across the business, coordinating from planning to Go Live and supporting training and documentation.

Qualifications

Requires experience delivering system implementations and integration solutions in mid-to-large organisations.
Experience with data migration, cleansing, and system cutovers is preferred.
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data exchange methods.
Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate into practical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to document technical processes.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end software implementation projects from planning through Go Live.
Liaise with software vendors and evaluate new technologies and updates.
Lead system configuration and integration planning for key business applications.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.
Develop and customise forms, reports, and system functionality to meet requirements.
Provide technical expertise in system integrations and API connectivity.
Coordinate end-user training and develop training materials.
Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
Create process documentation and technical reports for system support.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across business systems.
