Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking a seasoned Systems Analyst in Townsville to join our client’s technology team. The role is hands-on, supporting a large, multi‑vendor application environment, with responsibilities spanning application support, SQL Server administration, troubleshooting, releases and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with TechnologyOne is essential.
• Experience with Chris21 is essential.
• Experience administering on-prem TechnologyOne apps including ECM/CES/CiA/P&R and Frontier Software Chris21 with upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL Server database administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on application support across a large application environment.
• Support and troubleshoot TechnologyOne and Chris21 applications.
• Administer and support Microsoft SQL Server environments and databases.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and debug complex issues across apps and databases.
• Coordinate releases, testing, deployment and post-release support.
• Work with multiple vendors to resolve issues and coordinate enhancements.
• Maintain records across incidents, requests, changes and releases.
• Develop scripts to support administration and troubleshooting.
