Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join the technology team in Townsville, Australia. This hands-on role supports a large number of applications and databases, with emphasis on TechnologyOne, Chris21 and Microsoft SQL Server. Onsite presence in Townsville is required.

You will maintain, troubleshoot and optimize critical business applications and coordinate with multiple vendors and internal teams to implement changes and fixes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT professional with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with large enterprise application environments.
• Ability to work with multiple vendors and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on application support across a large and varied environment.
• Support and troubleshoot TechnologyOne and Chris21 applications.
• Administer and support on-prem TechnologyOne applications and Chris21 environments.
• Administer and support Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Coordinate releases, testing, deployment and post-release support.
• Work with vendors to resolve issues and coordinate fixes.
