You will step in quickly, understand our environment, and become a trusted problem solver for users and vendors, collaborating across IT and business units to deliver reliable data and reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Application support experience is essential.
• Strong MS SQL skills for data extracts.
• Experience writing and running SQL queries for data extraction.
• Experience with ticketing/ServiceNow.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on technical and application support for business-critical systems.
• Manage and resolve support requests via ServiceNow.
• Investigate system issues and drive resolution.
• Develop and maintain reporting scripts using MS SQL.
• Collaborate with Finance to run weekly/monthly data scripts.
• Maintain documentation and support processes.
