Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Analyst or Associate Business Analyst role.
• Experience with requirements gathering and BA methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience documenting business processes or specifications.
• Proactive learner with relevant qualifications in business/IT.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand needs, processes and challenges.
• Support the development of BA documentation and process maps.
• Document current and future state processes.
• Assist with developing functional requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with project and technology teams to support delivery.
• Assist with testing activities, including UAT.
• Support the preparation of user documentation and project materials.
• Build positive relationships with business and tech stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
