Responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes, procedures and work practices to identify requirements and opportunities for improvement.
• Consult with users and stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements.
• Develop functional specifications to guide system developers for suitable solutions.
• Apply data and process modelling to prepare clear system specifications for design and development.
• Coordinate system-related projects using project management methods, including scheduling and resources.
• Prepare user guides and training materials and provide training as required.
• Provide technical guidance and support during decision-making for system projects.
