Job summary

Harris Farm Markets Pty is undergoing a transformation to build critical systems across 30+ stores in NSW, ACT, and QLD. The System Analyst will bridge business needs with technology, translating requirements for feasible, scalable solutions and ensuring user satisfaction across departments.

You will work with business teams and tech experts, document system designs, and assist with testing and training to deliver reliable software and processes that support growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as System Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and designs.
• Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Business Admin, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and system designs.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within systems.
• Participate in testing of new features and bug fixes.
• Create and maintain documentation of system designs, tests, and project information.
• Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams.
