Task & Responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes, procedures and work practices to identify operational requirements and opportunities for improvement.
• Consult with users and key stakeholders to gather, clarify and document business and system requirements.
• Develop detailed functional specifications to guide system developers in designing and implementing suitable solutions.
• Apply data and process modelling techniques to prepare clear system specifications for software design and development.
• Assess process inefficiencies and recommend improved business practices, system functions and operational solutions.
• Plan and manage system‑related projects using appropriate project management methodologies, including scheduling, costing and resource allocation.
• Coordinate the implementation of functional solutions and prepare system test plans to ensure quality, reliability and system integrity.
• Prepare user guides, training materials and other system documentation, and provide formal training to users where required.
• Serve as a key point of reference for system projects by providing technical guidance, information and support during decision‑making processes.

Qualification & experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in related position.
