Job summary

Refresco Australia Pty Ltd in Condell Park, NSW, is seeking a Syrup Room Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met while upholding GMP/HACCP standards.

This role offers hands-on leadership, staff planning, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver consistent beverage production for major retailers.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification (Engineering, Food Technology, Supply Chain) or equivalent FMCG experience.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our Syrup Makers to supply product to packaging lines 24/6.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices in the Syrup Room and surrounding areas.
• Partner with Quality and Technical teams to ensure batches are on spec.
• Manage staffing, performance and training for a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, customer and legislative requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through problem-solving and innovation.
• Plan and prioritise batches to meet production schedules.
