Job summary

Asahi Beverages is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production team at our Welshpool, WA facility during a growth phase. You will be hands-on on the factory floor in a fast-paced FMCG environment, balancing people leadership with delivering reliable performance.

This on-site role operates on a rotating day and night roster (24/5), with responsibilities spanning safety, GMP/HACCP compliance, cost control and continuous improvement.

An exciting opportunity has become available due to an internal movement, creating a chance for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join one of Australia's leading beverage companies.

Based at our Welshpool, WA site, you'll lead a production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, delivering exceptional results across safety, quality, people, cost and service. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll influence culture, drive performance, and play a key part in ensuring our operations continue to deliver world-class outcomes.

This leadership role operates within a 24/5 manufacturing facility on a rotating day and night shift roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your team to safely execute the production plan while maximising efficiency, quality and schedule adherence.
• Develop a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, training and capability building.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and quality standards.
• Monitor and manage labour utilisation, overtime and operational costs to achieve business targets.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and deliver customer requirements.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that supports high performance and accountability.

About You

You are a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, supporting your team and driving results. You thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments and know how to balance people leadership with operational performance.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Proven leadership experience within FMCG, food, beverage, pharmaceutical or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing and safety management principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams to achieve operational and people outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving capability, with the confidence to make decisions and navigate competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A passion for continuous improvement and creating a culture of operational excellence.
