Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Strategy Manager in Sydney to lead a team delivering workplace advisory services for small to medium corporate occupiers. You will guide strategy, optimize client property portfolios, and support transformation initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise staff, coordinate activities, and drive cross-functional collaboration across brokerage, markets, project management, and facilities management while ensuring compliance with CBRE policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching and performance management.
• Ability to convey sensitive information and set performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality and efficiency.
• Strong MS Office skills and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision; evaluate performance and coach staff.
• Coordinate daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Drive cross-functional partnerships with internal lines of business.
• Contribute to strategic plans for optimizing client property portfolios.
