Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is hiring for a high-impact role in Sydney within the GWS Local Technical Hard Services team. The position oversees a team delivering advanced project management services aligned with local strategy, with a hybrid work setup and ongoing professional development.

You will lead projects, manage procurement and contracts, monitor financials and collaborate across lines of business to drive CBRE’s strategic objectives, while mentoring staff and upholding CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project teams and delivering targets.
• Strong background in project procurement, planning and execution.
• Ability to supervise staff and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision and performance coaching for staff.
• Coordinate daily team activities and scheduling across projects.
• Oversee all phases of project management from planning to execution.
• Ensure procurement, contracting and closeout are compliant.
• Monitor billing, AR, expenses, and P&L to EBITDA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet strategic objectives.
• Identify complex project risks and develop mitigations.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Understand broader departmental impact and improve methods.
