Job summary

S2M is seeking a Customer Sales Consultant to join its Sydney team. You will handle inbound enquiries, build trust with customers and convert qualified leads into sign-ups for solar and battery solutions. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service while consistently meeting growth targets.

Based in Sydney, you will manage high-volume sales activity, maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with the team to optimise the sales process in a fast-moving solar startup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of phone-based sales experience.
• Experience in a Start-Up/Early-Stage environment desirable.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong lead qualification, objection handling and closing skills.
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines and using Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
• Energy, solar, telco, insurance or finance experience highly regarded; Mandarin a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries and convert qualified leads into trial sign-ups.
