Job summary

Solahart in Sydney is seeking an in-home Solar & Battery Sales Consultant to meet customers at pre-booked appointments, assess energy needs, and tailor solar, battery, hot water, and EV charging solutions. You will own the sales journey from consultation through to close, guiding customers toward smarter energy investments.

Ideal candidates will have proven face-to-face sales experience, with strong communication and closing skills, and be well-organised with excellent follow-up.

Qualifications

• Proven success in face-to-face or consultative sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident presenting solutions and closing sales.
• Well organised with strong follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in their homes at pre-booked appointments.
• Assess household energy needs and future goals.
• Recommend tailored solar, battery, hot water and EV charging solutions.
• Present proposals and explain customer savings and benefits.
• Manage opportunities from consultation through to sale and close.
