• Staff management, chefs and casual labour
• Strong knowledge of F&B, including menu and concept design
• Ability to increase revenue year on year across restaurant, functions and events
• Excellent leadership, mentoring and communication skills
• Cleanliness, hygiene, grooming and presentation standards
