Job summary

Sephora is seeking a high-caliber Supervisor (Senior Beauty Advisor) to lead our new Hurstville store in Sydney. This full-time role targets experienced leaders who can drive outstanding client experiences, coach 20+ beauty advisors, and manage a premium, high-volume environment within a global luxury brand.

You will shape client experiences, deliver strategic leadership, and leverage data to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive retail management experience, including managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management and training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and daily reporting.
• Hands-on leaders, passionate about being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and empower their team to achieve excellence.
• Demonstrate a deep passion for delivering exceptional client service and creating an unparalleled experiential retail environment that embodies the Sephora brand.
• Committed to fostering a strong and positive culture where every team member is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through continuous feedback, career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, driven by a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of 20+ beauty advisors, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring operational excellence.
• Shape the client experience and act as a role model and mentor within Sephora's DNA.
• Drive a high-performance selling culture to exceed KPIs and elevate team capabilities.
• Interpret reporting data to inform strategic store decisions in collaboration with Store Manager and peers.
• Oversee client and team matters as the Client Experience Lead in a fast-paced environment.
