Knight Frank Australia is seeking an energetic IT Support Specialist to join our Sydney CBD team. You’ll provide hands-on support across Microsoft 365, endpoints, and AV systems, helping colleagues stay productive with modern technology. Work from our Sydney CBD office with travel across NSW as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of corporate IT support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams Rooms, and hosted meeting solutions.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and a desire to grow into a leadership role.
• Experience in ISO 27001-compliant or similarly regulated environments is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on IT support across hardware, software, mobile devices, and business applications.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and user environments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment and Microsoft Teams Rooms in meeting spaces.
• Coordinate and manage leased hardware throughout its lifecycle.
• Support rollout and ongoing use of AI tools (Copilot, Claude).
• Travel to Sydney office locations to provide on-site support and assist with projects.
