Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking an experienced IT support professional to join our Sydney CBD team. You will provide hands-on help across hardware, software, and end‑user devices, with a focus on Microsoft 365, AV systems, and secure IT practices.

You’ll support Teams Rooms, manage devices through their lifecycle, and help trial AI tools like Copilot and Claude. Travel between Sydney sites is required, and there are growth opportunities to mentor junior staff and lead projects over time.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in IT support within a corporate Microsoft 365 environment.
• Strong audio-visual support experience, ideally with Microsoft Teams Rooms and hosted meeting solutions.
• Hands-on experience supporting AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
• Has mentored junior staff and wants to grow into a team leadership role over the long term.
• Experience working in an ISO 27001-accredited or similarly compliance-driven environment is desirable.

• Look after Microsoft 365 administration and support, resolving issues and assisting users with their technology needs.
• Keep meeting rooms running smoothly by supporting and troubleshooting audio visual equipment and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Coordinate and maintain leased hardware, ensuring devices are deployed, replaced and tracked appropriately throughout their lifecycle.
• Support the rollout and ongoing use of AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude/.

The Role

Working as part of a collaborative IT team, you will provide hands-on support across a broad range of technologies, ensuring employees have the tools and systems they need to succeed. You'll play a key role in supporting Microsoft 365, audio visual systems, end-user devices, and emerging AI technologies.
