Job summary

WSP Australia is seeking an IT Onsite Support Specialist to deliver responsive, user‑focused technology support across our Perth office and regional sites. You will resolve incidents, manage devices and collaboration technologies, and ensure staff have reliable access to tools and services.

Reporting to the IT Onsite Support Lead AU, you will provide 2nd‑level end-user support for desktops, laptops, apps and meeting rooms, while maintaining asset records in CMDB and contributing to continuous

Qualifications

• Qualification in computing or 2+ years IT support experience.
• Strong end-user support and communication.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Familiarity with ITSM (ServiceNow) and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd-level IT onsite support for desktops, laptops, apps and collaboration tech.
• Manage meeting room tech and Teams Rooms and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain asset records in CMDB and support lifecycle activities.
• Ensure services are operational and issues are escalated per ITIL/ITSM processes.
