Job summary

S2M is partnering with a fast-growing Australian clean-energy business in Sydney, seeking an experienced Customer Sales Consultant to manage inbound enquiries, build customer relationships and convert qualified leads into sign-ups for solar and battery solutions.

In this high-velocity role you will manage a busy pipeline, hit sales targets and use Salesforce to maintain accurate CRM records. Mandarin language is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of phone-based, inside or consultative sales experience.
• Start-Up or Early-Stage environment experience is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong lead qualification, objection handling and closing skills.
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines and using CRMs like Salesforce.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
• Energy, solar, telco, insurance or finance experience is highly regarded; Mandarin a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries and convert qualified leads into trial sign-ups.
• Build customer trust, understand needs and overcome objections.
• Manage high-volume sales activity, follow-ups and pipeline conversion.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and conversion KPIs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and identify opportunities to improve sales processes.
