LEAP NSW is seeking a detail-focused Stock Controller to manage daily vehicle stock movements, registrations and documentation across our Sydney showrooms. You will coordinate with Sales, Delivery and internal teams to ensure vehicles are delivery-ready and compliant with registration requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership, vehicle registration or stock control preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and well-organised.
• Familiarity with vehicle registration processes is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily vehicle stock movements, including arrivals, transfers and allocations.
• Maintain accurate vehicle stock records and keep internal systems up to date.
• Coordinate vehicle registrations and associated documentation.
• Liaise with VicRoads and internal stakeholders on all registration matters.
• Prepare, review and lodge registration documents.
• Monitor registration progress and follow up on outstanding items.
• Work closely with Sales, Delivery and other teams to ensure vehicles are delivery-ready.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle status, stock levels and registration details.
