• Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office.

• Oversee daily vehicle stock movements, including arrivals, transfers and allocations.
• Maintain accurate vehicle stock records and keep internal systems up to date.
• Coordinate vehicle registrations and associated documentation.
• Liaise with VicRoads and internal stakeholders on all registration matters.
• Prepare, review and lodge registration documents.
• Monitor registration progress and follow up on outstanding items.
• Work closely with Sales, Delivery and other teams to ensure vehicles are delivery-ready.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle status, stock levels and registration details.

Ready to keep our stock moving? We're expanding across Sydney with new showrooms in Alexandria, Parramatta, and Hornsby, representing four leading EV brands: Chery, GAC, Leapmotor, and Zeekr.

We're looking for a detail-focused Stock Controller to join our team. You'll play a key role in managing daily vehicle stock movements, registrations and associated documentation across our showrooms. This is a hands-on role that requires strong coordination, accurate record-keeping and close collaboration with Sales, Delivery and internal teams. Full training and support provided.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain accurate vehicle stock records and keep internal systems up to date
• Coordinate vehicle registrations and associated documentation

• Provide general administrative support across stock and registration functions

• Strong attention to detail and well-developed organisational skills
• Sound knowledge of vehicle registration processes advantageous
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
