Job summary

Gentle Monster Australia is seeking a proactive E-commerce Coordinator to support daily operations of our Australian online channels from Sydney CBD. This full-time role offers exposure to product uploads, pricing, merchandising and campaign launches while aligning with global brand standards.

You will track performance, optimise stock, and help deliver a seamless online customer journey in a fast-growing fashion e-commerce environment, reporting to the Brand Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and confidence working across digital systems.
• Commercially curious with understanding of customer behaviour.
• Available to work onsite in Sydney CBD from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• E-commerce Operations: Support day-to-day management of Australian e-commerce channels.
• Campaign & Brand Support: Collaborate with global HQ and local teams on campaigns and launches.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless online journey and resolve issues efficiently.
• Performance & Insights: Track revenue, AOV, conversion and identify growth opportunities.
