Job summary

Talent Connection is seeking a Digital Manager for a leading fashion womenswear retail brand in Sydney. You will own the online trading calendar, drive e-commerce strategy across channels and lead cross-functional teams from Marketing to IT, Product and Planning to deliver a best-in-class online experience.

You will combine sharp commercial judgment with strong UX/UI skills, turning insights into growth while balancing trading, stock and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading digital teams and e-commerce initiatives.
• Strong UX/UI design sensibilities.
• Formal tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Technology.
• Ability to translate insights into growth and business outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, IT, Product and Planning.
