Job summary

Ollies Place in Sydney is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence and accelerate eCommerce growth. You will plan and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, email, SMS and other channels, coordinating with our design, buying and eCommerce teams.

The role demands a data-driven mindset, budgeting discipline and the ability to work with external agencies and internal stakeholders to maximise ROAS and online sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in digital marketing, preferably within retail or eCommerce.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics and email marketing.
• Commercially focused and confident working with sales targets and budgets.
• Strong analytical, communication and project-management skills.
• Able to work independently while coordinating internal teams and external agencies.
• Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, email, SMS and other channels
• Coordinate and monitor external marketing agencies
• Manage campaign budgets and improve return on advertising spend
• Analyse website traffic, customer behaviour and campaign performance
• Develop strategies to increase online sales, customer acquisition and retention
• Work closely with our design, buying and eCommerce teams
• Support SEO, content marketing, promotions and product launches
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and technologies
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear recommendations
