Job summary

Searchability® is seeking a high‑energy Business Development Manager in Sydney to drive new client acquisitions and revenue growth on-site. You’ll pursue opportunities across SEO, paid media, and web development, building a robust pipeline through cold calls and events while managing proposals and closing deals.

You will collaborate with technical teams for seamless onboarding and maintain CRM records to forecast progress toward monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Proven hunter in B2B sales, ideally within an Agency, MSP, Insurance or Tech services.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a consultative approach.
• Self-driven with a strong desire to exceed targets and earn commissions.
• Experience managing your sales funnel and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively prospect and generate new business opportunities across SEO, Paid Media, Paid Search, Web Development
• Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and industry events
• Qualify leads and develop customised proposals that align digital marketing services with client needs
• Drive negotiations and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding
• Maintain detailed CRM records and provide regular pipeline and forecast updates
