Job summary

CBS Printing Pty is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to manage and grow our existing client base while pursuing new business opportunities. You will work with sales and marketing to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

The role requires building strong relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client accounts by building strong relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other sales activities
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to track leads and manage prospective client engagement.
