T+O+M Executive is seeking an experienced Cards & Payments Program Manager to lead delivery across a large-scale transformation in Sydney. This hands-on leader will coordinate multiple workstreams across payments, cards, testing, migration and technology teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale payments and cards programs in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of payments operations, routing, cards and related technology platforms.
• Experience leading complex testing, migration and implementation activities.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Delivery-focused mindset with the ability to dive into detail when required.
• Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced transformation environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery across a large-scale Cards & Payments transformation program.
• Manage and oversee testing activities, including SIT, UAT and related environments.
• Coordinate migration and implementation activities across multiple business and technology teams.
• Drive delivery across key domains including payments, cards and accounts.
• Manage dependencies and risks across a complex ecosystem.
• Support governance processes, financial reporting and program tracking.
• Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges, ensuring milestones are achieved.
