Job summary

Tallentire O'Flynn Movsowitz is seeking a hands-on Cards & Payments Program Manager to lead a major transformation program in Sydney. You will coordinate multiple workstreams across payments, cards, testing, migration and technology teams to ensure timely delivery.

This high-visibility role requires strong stakeholder engagement, governance and execution, with a practical, delivery-focused mindset and the ability to navigate a complex payments ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale payments and/or cards programs within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of payments operations, payment routing, cards, accounts and related technology platforms.
• Experience leading complex testing, migration and implementation activities.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across both business and technology teams.
• A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to get into the detail when required.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to navigate fast-paced transformation environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery across a large-scale Cards & Payments transformation program.
• Manage and oversee testing activities, including SIT, UAT and related environments.
• Coordinate migration and implementation activities across multiple business and technology teams.
• Drive delivery across key domains including payments, cards and accounts.
• Manage dependencies and risks across a complex ecosystem.
• Support governance processes, financial reporting and program tracking.
• Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify and resolve delivery challenges, ensuring milestones are achieved.
