Job summary

Global Payments in Sydney seeks an experienced Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end merchant integrations. You will design technical solutions, guide customer teams, deliver demos and training, and coordinate across product, engineering and sales to ensure successful go-lives.

You'll work across multiple regions, handle complex data flows, troubleshoot incidents, and stay ahead of trends in payments security and web technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven background in managing technical integrations.
• Experience with web technologies (CSS/HTML/JavaScript).
• Familiar with databases and multiple OS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end merchant integrations from design to go-live.
• Coordinate with product, engineering and account teams to define scope.
• Deliver customer demos and training on product functionality.
• Troubleshoot incidents and ensure post-live monitoring and support.
